Top Things To Do In Stubai, Austria
Stubai Valley in Austria is extremely child friendly. Here are some of the most small child friendly things we did out there.
1. Serlespark Water World 💦
A gorgeous adventure and leisure park set around a cluster of small lakes. The little ones will love the water play area with its pine-cone flotation system, wild water course, and mini raft rides. It’s a perfect spot for kids to cool off and explore nature at the same time.

2. Mieders Alpine Coaster 🎢
A must-do for families! This is the steepest alpine coaster in the Alps, with a 2,800m track winding down the mountain. Riders control their own speed — up to 42 kph — making it suitable for both thrill-seekers and cautious little ones.

3. Stubai Treehouse Trail 🌳
An easy, pram-friendly trail featuring seven themed treehouses to explore along the way. Kids can collect a stamp map from the ticket office and get it marked at each treehouse — hand it back at the end for a small surprise. It’s a great way to turn a walk into a mini-adventure!
4. Klaus Äuele Kids Park 🧗♀️
This outdoor adventure playground is perfect for active little explorers. Highlights include:
-
Climbing walls and a rope jungle
-

It’s a great stop to let the kids burn off energy while parents enjoy the stunning mountain scenery.
5. Mammoth Adventure Play Area (Stubai Glacier) 🐘
One of the most unique play areas we’ve ever seen! To get inside the giant mammoth, kids climb up through one of its legs using ladders, ropes, or climbing rungs. Inside, there are four game tables to enjoy before sliding down the mammoth’s trunk to exit. It’s a huge hit with toddlers and older kids alike!
6. Disc Trail 🪙
A 1.5km downhill trail that turns a simple walk into an exciting game. Pick up a wooden disc at the valley station and drop it into the raised wooden channel that runs alongside the path — it races you down as you walk! There are also mini-games to play along the way, making it perfect for keeping little legs moving.
